This Is Generation Flux: Meet The Pioneers Of The New (And Chaotic) Frontier Of Business

I believe we are living in an ever-fast changing world that makes things chaotic. It is impossible to predict where are we going to be working tomorrow. As the article stated business is going in so many directions, there are so many things happening and there is nothing that can control them. Just like the weather.

Companies as Apple, Facebook and google are good examples of business that are in some ways leading the web waves of changes. Internet and technological changes are making the vision of the world harder to see.

But what is the future key of success for the next generations.

First of all we have not to be afraid, and keep our mind therefore possibilities open.

Second in my opinion I recommended my friends to live the present and excel any good opportunity that comes to them. No time to go far our in the future, it would be a waste of time. In this world that makes things so unclear.

Third, go for the company or business that share this mentality, that is proactive in step of being reactive. Companies, as apple that are ever-changing and set in the new trends.

Changes will come and the business we decided to enter will be one who has the potential to face this change, the one who adapts easily and where your personality will match.

But remember the attitude is important, don’t give up, fight for what you want. And head on the challenge will come to you or your business.

We are living in a global world, everyone have the same problems, and competition is hostile, and in order to survive you have to show that you can face this problems better that the others, and that you are flexible to anything will come to you and your business.

Looking back in the past Charles Darwin foreshadowed this era in his description of natural selection: "It is not the strongest of the species that survives; nor the most intelligent that survives. It is the one that is most adaptable to change." As we traverse this treacherous, exciting bridge to tomorrow, there is no clearer message than that.

All this is true in my opinion, and it works for me in last jobs. I did survive to others as my attitude to change was open and I was willing to adapt, and face any challenges that will come, without forgetting your personality and values. Which is my the future key of success
